Shawnna Morris, PI (Shawnna) comes to Harrington Investigations with a wealth of experience in the Loss Prevention, Security, and Investigation industry. For over 13 years, she served as a School Security Officer for the Kennewick School District in Kennewick, Washington.
Shawnna then transitioned into co-owning and operating a highly competitive property investment company. It was during this time that shesimultaneously served as the Director Consultant for the Greater Tri-Cities Regional Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), growing her Chapter into the largest in BNI history (2007-2015). She also led a team of 50 Sales Agents as the Regional Vice President of Arbonne International.
These skills have served her... And others well, over the years. Because eventually, Shawnna was recruited as a Criminal Defense Investigator for Attorneys practicing in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State. In this role, Shawnna has developed significant skills, as she has investigated criminal cases in Washington's Superior, District, and Juvenile Courts.
Shawnna is intelligent, patient, communicates effectively, and remains calm, while thriving in high pressure environments. She has tremendous situational awareness, which renders her an exceptional investigator.
Shawnna earned both an Associate of Arts (AA) degree and an Associate of Science (AS) from Columbia Basin College (CBC) in Pasco, Washington. Her specific area of academic development was in the field of Criminal Science. Although she began her career as a School Security Officer, while she was completing her educational requirements, it was her additional life experience that rendered aptly suited for a career as a Criminal Defense Investigator.
She is deeply engaging and very personable, a woman of integrity who is able to connect with most people she meets. It is with these acquired skills and adaptive experiences that Shawnna approaches every aspect of conducting a detailed, rigorous investigation. While the result of a legal matter can never be guaranteed, she works tirelessly to identify and obtain what a case requires with the hope of securing an optimal outcome.
