Kael Moffat, MA

Kael Moffat, MA (WA PI 2500038) is our dedicated Mitigation Consultant and Private Investigator. Investigator Moffat brings a plethora of skills and analytical abilities to Harrington Investigations. His specialized training, focused experience, and acquired knowledge have given him tremendous insight into the biopsychosocial factors that influence behavior, its outcomes, and its impacts on society and the individuals affected.

The issues of social justice and systemic injustice comprise the foundation and lens through which Investigator Moffat approaches his work as a Mitigation Consultant. He is deeply rooted in civil rights-related matters, and his passion for advocating for those who cannot do so on their own emboldens him to dig deeper and strive harder to make the most definitive impact possible within the context of our criminal justice system. This approach is also ideal when Investigator Moffat works fervently with the Harrington Investigations Team to provide criminal defense investigative services.

HIS BACKGROUND

Investigator Moffat earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his Master of Arts (MA) degree in English and Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, as he was Certified and served as a high school teacher and coach. Eventually, Investigator Moffat found his way into the library and stayed, becoming a Research Librarian after earning a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
